Booking Rules

Booking Guidelines:

1. Booking Slot :

a) Fixed Time cannot be extended for instance, ex 6-7 AM slot concludes at 7 AM irrespective of your arrival time at the court.

b) Once court allotted for a specific time, changes cannot be made.

2. Parking Rules:

a) Vehicle should be parked at allotted spaces by Express Avenue.

b) Parking Tariff applicable as per rate defined by Mall.

3. Payment advice to be produced before admission in Play court.

4. Minimum Member:

a) PickleBall: Minimum 2 Member and Maximum 4 members are allowed to play in the court.

b) Futsal: Minimum 2 and Maximum 14 Members are allowed.

5. Membership (Individual /Corporate):

a) Unutilized days can’t be compensated.

b) You have flexibility of choosing the slot/timing for play however slot must be booked in advance.

c) Ice water will not be accountable for availability of slot; member should book as per their preferred days/time.

6. Usage Guidelines:

All rules and regulations for the use of the pickle ball/futsal court Booked slot, including behaviour expectations, dress code, and safety will adhered as per the guidelines of Ice water .

No usage of metal studs at the futsal court. Only use non marking sports shoes in the pickleball court.

7. Code of Conduct:

To maintain Sportsmanship, Follow the rules of the game, Respect staff members, No Coarse Language and Non consumption of intoxicated items. Breach of the code of conduct will result in removal of the member form the court with immediate effect.

8. Force Majeure:
On occurrence of a Force Majeure event, Ice water shall not be liable for any failure, inability, or delay of performance under this Terms and if such failure, inability or delay results directly from such event which could not reasonably have been foreseen.
